  • All room rates include a $10 per room per night charge for unlimited shuttle bus service between the hotels and the AC Convention Center. Shuttle bus service is only available for properties listed on the Hotel Map and Rates form.
  • Shuttle bus times: Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • A schedule with the locations of hotel shuttle stops will be posted closer to the Conference start date this fall.
  • State Casino Hotel Surcharge: $2 per night fee will be assessed on every casino hotel room. This fee is passed on to the City of Atlantic City to fund public safety measures.
  • State Room Tax: For all hotels, 13.625%. This tax is exempt only by voucher.
  • Local AC Tourism Fee: $2 per night on every hotel room.
  • State Occupancy Fee: These fees are not exempt, regardless of payment method. The State permits hotels to increase this fee and retain the overage. Casinos $5 nightly. Non-casinos $1 nightly.

Hotel parking is in addition to the room rate, taxes, and fees listed above and varies by hotel. Most properties are $5 - $25 (valet) per night.

All hotels require a credit card presented at check-in, even if paying by voucher. That card will be run for a $100 incidental deposit (room service, phone, parking, etc.), and any amount not used will be credited back to the card at checkout.

Room Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing to Email: service@acrooms.com, on or before November 7. No refunds or credits will be issued for any cancellations or changes made after November 7. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.

Beware of Unauthorized Reservation Services

A.C. Central Reservations, Inc., is the only authorized housing company affiliated with the League. A.C. Central Reservations, Inc., will not contact any delegate or exhibitor unsolicited. To ensure that your reservation is legitimate and credit card information is secure, the League urges all attendees to utilize A.C. Central Reservations, Inc., when booking their hotels, and not to book reservations with any company that solicits you via phone, email, fax, or mail. Unfortantely, some attendees in the past have fallen victim to scam hotel bookings, and paid for rooms that were not actually reserved.
