Online Housing Reservation System Now Closed

The deadline to reserve rooms using the League's online housing system closed on October 11. To reserve a hotel room for the Annual League Conference, please contact A.C. Central Reservations at 866-643-0044. When calling, please specify that you are a League Conference delegate.

Room Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing to Email: service@acrooms.com, on or before November 7. No refunds or credits will be issued for any cancellations or changes made after November 7. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.

Beware of Unauthorized Reservation Services

A.C. Central Reservations, Inc., is the only authorized housing company affiliated with the League. A.C. Central Reservations, Inc., will not contact any delegate or exhibitor unsolicited. To ensure that your reservation is legitimate and credit card information is secure, the League urges all attendees to utilize A.C. Central Reservations, Inc., when booking their hotels, and not to book reservations with any company that solicits you via phone, email, fax, or mail. Unfortantely, some attendees in the past have fallen victim to scam hotel bookings, and paid for rooms that were not actually reserved.
