Exhibitor Portal

The exhibitor portal is for confirmed exhibitors with an assigned booth number and provides all the necessary information for a successful exhibition experience. Please log in to familiarize yourself with the portal and reach out with any questions!

Login to:

  • Review and update your booth profile/description
  • Register exhibit staff 
  • Download the Exhibitor Service Manual (order furnishings, carpet, electricity, etc.) 
  • Order lead retrieval (to scan attendee badges) 
  • Print invoice/make online payments
  • Important exhibitor information (rules, regulations, checklists, deadlines, etc.)
  • Sponsorships/Marketing Opportunities

How to Login

First Time Users

  1. Click on the “Exhibitor Portal Login” button below.
  2. On this page, click “Login”.
  3. Enter the primary contact email address.
  4. Click “Forgot Password/First Time Login”.
  5. Enter the primary contact email address.
  6. Click “Submit”

The Primary Contact will receive an email with a link to set a unique password and log in.

Returning Users

  1. Click on the “Exhibitor Portal Login” button below
  2. On this page, click “Login”
  3. Enter your email and password
  4. Click “Login”
