- Tuesday, November 18, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m
- Wednesday, November 19, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday, November 20, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
What are the Session Times?
Standards times are listed below, however, some activites deviate from this schedule. A schedule will be posted online in early September, and in the Conference app in October.
- 9:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.
- 10:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- 12:00 p.m. – 12:50 p.m. (Exhibitor Learning Sessions)
- 1:00 p.m. – 1:50 p.m. (Exhibitor Learning Sessions)

Preparing for Conference
When does registration open?
July 1. Visit the delegate registration page for more information.

When does housing open?

Is there a dress code?
Most attendees dress in business casual, but you will see everything from jeans to business suits. Dress for comfort, but also dress for a business event. Wear comfortable shoes!
Is there a Conference app?
Yes! Download Day is October 8. Look for the Conference app in your device’s app store. Learn more about the app and its functionality.
Where can I park?

Is there a designated space for nursing mothers?
Yes! A Mother’s Room, located near the entrance to Hall B in the Exhibit Hall, and several Mother’s Pods, located throughout the AC Convention Center, are available for mothers in need of a private space to breastfeed or pump. When onsite, visit the Information booth on the second floor of the AC Convention Center for assistance accessing these areas.

Where can I find help during the Conference?

Information Booth
The Information Booth is located on the 2nd floor of the AC Convention Center, at the top of the escalator when entering from the Atrium. Assistance is available here during Conference hours.
Room Monitor Tables
Need assistance on the 3rd and 4th floors in the session area? Visit the Room Monitor Tables – one is located by the escalators near Room 307, and a second by Rooms 405-406.
Stop Any League Employee & Ask for Assistance
Look for League employees as they will be located throughout the AC Convention Center. Every League employee has a white ribbon attached to their Conference badge.
League Event Tickets
When is the last day to purchase networking event meal tickets online?
The last day to purchase networking event tickets is October 30.
After October 30, tickets may be purchased onsite. Visit the 2nd floor of the AC Convention Center during onsite delegate registration hours.
When are networking event meal tickets mailed?
Networking Event ticket mailings begin on October 31st.
Are networking event meal tickets available for purchase onsite?
Yes, onsite tickets can be purchased in the AC Convention Center on Tuesday, November 18, starting at 8:30 a.m.
Ticket sales will take place in the delegate registration area, located on the 2nd level to the right of the Hall C Entrance.
Please note that a Conference badge is required to buy tickets and/or attend a League ticketed event.

Before Conference, the League sends out many materials to help you prepare!
- Sign up for the Annual Conference News Flash to receive news and announcements specific to the Conference.
- Watch for attendee emails after registration. Our Conference Connections emails are intended to help you prepare by announcing events and activities that will happen throughout Conference week.
- Daily Update emails – if you already subscribe to the League’s daily emails, watch for Conference information included in these emails during the fall months.
Conference App
Where can I download the app?
Visit the Google Play and Apple app stores to download. Search for “NJLM Events”.
If I downloaded the app last year, do I need to download a new app?
No! Open the app that is already on your phone, and once open, click on the option to switch the event year in the upper right corner.
Where can I find my badge number so that I can login to the app?
You can find your badge number in your registration confirmation email, or if you are at the Conference, you can find this number on your badge above the barcode.
For additional assistance, follow the “forgot password” instructions.
Onsite
Where can I buy League Networking Event tickets?
In the Delegate Registration area, visit the last two booths at the end of the staffed registration counter (with blank solid blue headers).
I have already registered. Where can I pick up my badge?
Print your badge at any badge printing station. Most badge printing stations are located on the 1st floor in the atrium, but some can also be found on the 2nd floor in front of Hall B by Exhibitor Registration.
Can I correct the spelling of my name or transfer a badge?
Yes, visit the staffed registration counter on the 2nd floor for assistance. For delegates, look for the “Changes and Substitutions” sign in the Delegates Registration area. For exhibitors, visit the staff Exhibitor Registration counters.
I forgot my badge. Can I get my badge reprinted?
Visit the “Badge Reprint” station, located on the 2nd floor, outside the Exhibit Hall D Entrance. Badges can only be printed at the Badge Reprint station.
How do I report a scanner issue?
Report any issues to the Room Monitor Tables, located on the 3rd and 4th floors near the escalators (near rooms 307 and 406).
What is the password for the Wi-Fi in the lobby?

Is there Wi-Fi in the Exhibit Hall?
Yes. For attendees, Wi-Fi is available in the lounges and Restaurant Area. Signage in those areas include the network name and password. For exhibitors, Wi-Fi information is on the back of an exhibitor’s Conference badge.
Where are the Water Stations?
Hydration Stations are located in the Exhibit Hall. The stations are marked on the Exhibit Hall floorplan in the Conference Program and in the app.

Where can I get a Mayors’ Ribbon for my badge?
Ribbons can be picked up at the Information Booth or League Booth (both located on the 2nd floor), or in the Mayors’ Information Center located in the Exhibit Hall.
Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Council President, Council Member, Commissioner, and Committee Member ribbons are available.
What if I need to report an issue or need assistance making hotel reservations?
Visit the A.C. Central Reservations table, located on the 2nd floor near the Information Booth.
Is someone available to assist me in making dinner reservations?
Yes! Visit the Restaurant Cart, located on the 2nd floor.
After Conference
How do I earn credit for the sessions that I attend?
Credit is earned by scanning in and out of each session attended. The Monday after Conference week has concluded, the CEU Certificate portal will open for 2025. After completing your session surveys, certificates will appear allowing you to print or save your certificates.
When can I print my certificates for the 2025 Annual Conference?
Certificates may be printed after surveys have been completed for all session attended, beginning the Monday after Conference week has ended.
