Atlantic City Convention Center

Located within a few hours' drive of nearly one-third of the nation's population and 20 percent of the country's business addresses, the Atlantic City Convention Center is easily accessible. With the facility positioned off the Atlantic City Express Way and just a couple blocks from the cities major resorts, the Atlantic City Convention Center is an optimal location. Also located inside the facility is The Atlantic City Rail Terminal which, travels between Philadelphia and Atlantic City. This is a highly convenient option for travelers, just board the train and forget the hassle of driving. Below we provided you with driving directions, rail, and air service information needed to plan your next trip.

Jitneys and Taxis

Jitneys and taxis will serve the Convention Center throughout the day and require standard cash fare. 

Shuttle Buses 

2021 Shuttle Bus Schedule

Transportation from the official conference hotels (those listed on the housing form) to the Convention Center will be provided by Academy Bus Company chartered shuttle service. There will be no need to carry money or bus fare. The shuttle service is paid through a $7 per day, per hotel room fee.

Shuttle service will start Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7:30 a.m. and stop at 6:00 p.m. Buses will depart every 20 to 25 minutes on average. Detailed shuttle schedules are available at the League Information Booth and will be posted in the lobby of select hotels.

Accessibility

If you require wheelchair-accessible shuttle service, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act to the Atlantic City Convention Center from your hotel and back, please complete the 2021 Accessibility Form by Friday, October 29, 2021 Please Note: We are only able to provide shuttle bus service to attendees staying at hotels in the League’s Hotel Block.

Meeting Rooms

Please note that all public meeting rooms and facilities in the Atlantic City Convention Center are accessible to wheelchairs and assistive listening devices.

There are 1,000 parking spaces on the first level of the Center (Garage height 7') for attendees and exhibitors. In addition, numerous public lots and garages are within walking distance of the Center. Please see appendix for a map showing ancillary parking areas. Due to fire code restrictions, parking on loading docks, ramps or on the exhibit floor is not allowed. Vehicles in violation will be towed at the owners' expense.
Parking at the Convention Center is a flat rate of $20.00.

BY CAR


DRIVING DIRECTIONS

  • From the Atlantic City Expressway
    At the end of the Expressway, make a left on Arctic Ave. and then a left on Michigan Ave. straight into the Atlantic City Convention Center parking garage. Another entrance to the parking garage is via the Atlantic City Connector. To take this route, bear to the right at the end of the Atlantic City Expressway and follow the Atlantic City Connector. After railroad tracks take the first exit on the right marked Convention Center/Bacharach Boulevard. While on Bacharach Boulevard, take a slight right turn onto North Ohio Ave then another right on Baltic Ave. lastly a right onto Michigan Ave.
  • From Philadelphia and West 
    • ​PHILADELPHIA: 55 miles
      Exit the Pennsylvania Turnpike at Valley Forge, Exit 24, onto Schuylkill Expressway (Route 76 East) through Philadelphia to the Walt Whitman Bridge.
  • From New York and North
    • ​NEW YORK: 132 miles
      Major Interstate Highways connect with the Garden State Parkway South. Follow Garden State Parkway South to Exit 38 (Atlantic City Expressway). Follow Atlantic City Expressway directions.
  • From Baltimore, Washington & South​
    • WASHINGTON, DC: 173 miles - BALTIMORE: 168 miles
      Take I-95 to the Walt Whitman Bridge (Philadelphia). Cross the Walt Whitman Bridge and follow N/S Freeway to the Atlantic City Expressway. Follow Atlantic City Expressway directions.
  • From Norfolk, VA area
    Follow Route 13 and Route 9 to Cape May-Lewes Ferry, then take Garden State Parkway North to Exit 38 (Atlantic City Expressway) into Atlantic City. Follow Atlantic City Expressway directions.


TRUCK TRAFFIC / LOADING DOCK


All trucks bound for the New Atlantic City Convention Center, MUST access the city via the Atlantic City Expressway. At the end of the Atlantic City Convention Center follow the expressway to the right and take the Atlantic City Connector. Take the first exit marked Convention Center/Bacharach Boulevard and Loading Dock access will be to the right. Trucks may not park the last 100 feet on Bacharach Boulevard before the Expressway on/off-ramp.


BY RAIL


NJ TRANSIT is New Jersey's public transportation corporation. The Atlantic City Rail Terminal is adjacent to the Atlantic City Convention Center, just a few blocks from the boardwalk. Travel between Philadelphia and Atlantic City is easy and convenient. Plan your trip to Atlantic City today!
