Your full color logo and exhibit listing will appear at all six (6) hydration stations throughout the exhibit hall. A large number of attendees will see your company information and booth location on the sign when they stop for a water break. An individual booth sign will identify your company as a sponsor.

Sponsor the exclusive Mayors’ lunch which is held on Wednesday during the conference week and is attended by mayors and decision makers. The event includes the announcement of special awards and an Executive briefing from State of NJ Commissioners.  
The sponsor is entitled to a 2 minute welcome, two lunch tickets, and one printed piece at each seat. Sponsor is solely responsible for all printing and shipping costs to produce the printed piece. A sample copy must be submitted and approved by the League no later than October 1. Your company name and booth number will be listed in the “Sponsor” section of the conference app and on the “Sponsors” section of the conference website.

This area inside of the exhibit hall is reserved exclusively for mayors to check the daily events, network, receive special legislative updates and enjoy a break together. Your full color logo, company name and booth number will be displayed daily on a sign near the coffee and refreshments. Your company name and booth number will be listed in the conference app, the conference website, and the printed Conference Program.

Registrants attend this event to build new and deeper connections and honor women that dedicate their time and energy towards advancing women in local government. The League President will welcome all attendees and awards for Outstanding Women in Municipal Government will be presented.
