William Hnatiuk (Bill) Career of 35 years spans over multiple roles including national and global account management for Sun Microsystems and Hewlett Packard. Bill was responsible for negotiating and managing multiyear purchasing agreements for all lines of business. Most recently Bill served as the Vice President Strategic Procurement & Chief Security Officer for Atrium Health & Senior Living. During his career Bill has developed policies & procedures for spend management, has evaluated & implemented several Software as a Service solutions including e-procurement systems for various industries. Now in his role as NJSTART’s Local Government manager Bill supports the success of public purchasing entities in NJ and their utilization and optimization of NJSTART and the NJSTART Marketplace.
Bill earned his Associates Degree in Business Administration from Mercer County College and his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Economics from Fairleigh Dickenson Univ, Bill is certified in ITIL Foundation and IT Services Management.
