Joseph Perello, a Vice President and Principal of SUBURBAN CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. (SCE), has expertise that lies in the master planning, site design, and construction documentation and administration of public and private facilities that include master plans, parks and open spaces, urban plazas, athletic facilities and stadiums, and site plans for many noteworthy public and private facilities. Having received his degree in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning from Rutgers University, Joe advanced in the profession as a Licensed Landscape Architect and Licensed Professional Planner and has received more than 48 awards for projects recognized for design excellence from a number of organizations and agencies.
With over 35 years of experience with both public and private sector clients and with more than 500 park and public projects in his portfolio, Mr. Perello is fully versed in management and design of public facility projects throughout the NJ, NY and PA region. Mr. Perello has been instrumental in the project management and preparation of municipal and county wide master plans, the coordination and presentation of public input meetings, and the successful design and project management of noteworthy parks, recreation and athletic facilities.
Joe and his multi-talented team of landscape architects, engineers and environmental scientists have designed and managed hundreds of public facilities and implement high levels of project management and incorporate a customized system of Process Flow Development to provide creative solutions and meet project needs that improve the quality of life for many future generations.
