Frank Wisniewski is a member of the Flaster Greenberg's Real Estate Department and concentrates his practice in all aspects of real estate law and litigation involving real estate.
Mr. Wisniewski is a former adjunct professor at Rutgers School of Law–Camden, where he taught a class on “Modern Real Estate Transactions.”
He counsels clients in matters involving real estate development, real estate purchasing, selling, leasing and construction including land use and planning, including environmental issues and traffic planning, which often includes obtaining approvals from, and working with, utilities and local, county, state and federal authorities.
He also represents lenders and borrowers in construction and permanent financing, and financial work-outs, and counsels commercial and residential condominium and other property owner associations. In addition, he also helps clients with liquor licensing, condemnation and real estate tax appeals.
