Jordan is Currently at Felician University as Special Assistant to the President Director of Strategic Partnerships. In addition Jordan is the Shared services Czar for the state of NJ reporting to the Governor. Jordan was at the Community Foundation Of New Jersey, as Director of Strategic Partnerships. Previously to that he was a board member and CMO of Free All Media a digital reward for engagement advertising platform. For the bulk of his career he was the President and CEO of Magla Products for , a $100+ million, nationally recognized household consumer products Company, selling to all classes of trade. During his tenure Jordan restructured Magla from a domestic manufacturing company, selling its own brand, to a Far East manufacturing enterprise, marketing under some of the country’s most iconic brands. Under Jordan’s leadership, Magla’s successfully established innovative licensing agreements with major consumer product companies selling products under brands including Stanley, Black and Decker,Mr. Clean, American Red Cross and Williamson Dickies. This innovative branding model expanded Magla’s customer base allowing the business to double in five years.

Volunteerism is an important part of Jordan’s life. In January 2012 he completed his second term as Mayor of Summit, NJ, having been elected to his second term with over 60% of the vote. A nod to his strength in coalition building and marketing, he was the first of his party to win an election in the history of the city. Jordan also served as a Councilman at Large, launched the Mayor’s Partnership for Technology in Summit public schools in 1995 and founded First Night Summit.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Drew University, where he was a trustee for many years.
