Sean Moronski is a a land use planner with over 25 years of experience on behalf of private and public clients. Prior to his arrival at Langan in 2018, Sean has served as the planner of record for several New Jersey municipalities.
Sean has appeared and been qualified as a professional planning expert before planning and zoning boards in over 100 municipalities throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Land use planning experience includes master planning, redevelopment, housing plans, and public testimony re variance and site plan development applications. He has completed fiscal and socio-economic reports on behalf of public and private clients. Sean also has substantial experience working on environmental impact statements and assessments.
Sean has been a panelist or speaker before many groups, including the New Jersey League of Municipalities, New Jersey American Planning Association, Rotary, Kiwanis, etc. Sean is a New Jersey licensed Professional Planner and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
