Raymond Savacool has 37 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering with both management and technical expertise. He has designed and administered the construction of numerous roadway, drainage, park and waterfront projects. Mr. Savacool is a consultant to Planning and Zoning Boards and has taught Planning and Zoning Board member classes. He is experienced in the design of site plan and subdivisions including stormwater management structures.

Key Responsibilities

Ray Savacool serves as a Group manager in the Toms River office of T&M Associates. He serves as engineer and planner for several Boards and has the overall responsibility of assuring submission compliance with local ordinances, and the Municipal Land Use Law. During design review he assures compliance with the Residential Site Improvement Standards, site plan requirements, stormwater management regulations and other local and state regulations. He monitors and tracks site plan and subdivision construction under municipal approvals and documents installation and testing of infrastructure whose ownership is to be assumed by the municipality. As municipal engineer he designs local improvements to the betterment of the community including roadway, water and sewer improvements, parks and waterfront structures. He holds a Bachelors degree in Ocean Engineering form Florida Institute of Technology and masters Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University

He is the current President of the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers.
