Description

Co-Sponsored with NJLM
From the moment the Cannabis Regulatory, Enforcement Assistance and Marketplace Modernization  Act (CREAMMA) was signed into law on February 22 and a deadline of August 21 placed on municipalities to "opt-in or opt-out," many questions remain unanswered regarding cannabis businesses in New Jersey. This seminar will review the new law as it applies to ordinances, land use, police enforcement, differences between medical and recreational laws, smoke-free laws, and taxation.
