Benefits of Logging In
- View a full listing of the sessions that you are participating in.
- Update your contact information.
- Upload a photo and complete your bio.
(For photos, the best image is a square. Images will be resized to 400x400px for a uniform look).
- Upload handouts, which enables Conference attendees to access handouts in the app.
- View a listing of League Staff contacts.
Forgotten password? On the login page, submit the "Forgot Password" option and your password will be emailed to you.

Conference Registration for Speakers
Municipal Speakers: Paid registration is required. You will be automatically registered by League staff, and an invoice will be sent to your email address. Registration at this level will permit entry to all League educational sessions and the exhibit hall during regular conference hours, and the ability to earn CEUs.
State, county, state utilities or authorities, non-profit organizations, and non-government speakers: You will automatically be registered for a complimentary badge. Registration at this level will grant access to the Conference (League educational sessions and the exhibit hall during regular Conference hours), and CEU credit will be issued only for the session you are participating in.
If you would like to attend additional conference sessions to receive CEU credit, you will need to purchase a paid badge. You will not be able to print CEU certificates until a badge has been purchased. To have your badge converted to a paid registration, contact Marie Kizer at 609-695-3481 extension 113 or Johnnifer Harris at 609-695-3481 extension 119. You will not be able to print certificates until receipt of payment.
If using the complimentary badge, and you wish to receive credit for the session that you are participating in, after Conference week has concluded please contact Email: Danielle Holland-Htut, Continuing Education/Special Programs Manager at 609-695-3481 extension 118.

Audio/Visual Equipment Included in Session Rooms
Please note: This section is applicable to League Sessions. Exhibitor Learning Sessions have different set-0up requirements. For information on speaking at Exhibitor Learning Sessions please contact Email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
All sessions are equipped with a dais, table top lectern with microphone and a microphone in the aisle for audience Q&A.
If you would like to present a PowerPoint presentation, you must contact the League staff member that is coordinating your session (see the contact information listed on the right-side of this page). The League will order a table and screen for your session; presenters must bring a laptop, projector and extension cord (at least 20' long).
What if I would like to order additional equipment for my session?
Please contact the League staff member that is coordinating your session for information on ordering and pricing.
You may upload your presentation and handouts in the speaker portal. After logging in, click on the "Submit Handouts" link that appears next to the session.
